Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions apply to all photobooth bookings made with [Your Business Name]. By placing a booking, you agree to the following terms.
1. Booking & Payment
- A booking is only confirmed once a deposit has been received.
- The remaining balance must be paid by the date specified on your invoice.
- Failure to pay the balance may result in cancellation of your booking.
- All prices are listed in GBP and include setup, operation, and pack‑down unless stated otherwise.
2. Hire Duration
- Standard photobooth hire includes 3 hours of booth time.
- Our handheld roaming booth includes 1.5 hours of active hire.
- Additional hours can be added for an agreed fee.
- Setup and pack‑down time are not counted as part of your hire period.
3. Venue Requirements
You must ensure:
- The venue allows photobooth equipment and has suitable space.
- There is access to a standard 240V mains power socket.
- The booth area is safe, dry, and protected from weather.
- Adequate access for loading/unloading is available.
If the booth cannot be set up due to venue restrictions, no refund will be issued.
4. Backdrops & Customisation
- We can accommodate any backdrop, including greenscreen and custom printed designs.
- Custom printed backdrops must be approved and paid for in advance.
- Greenscreen scenes may vary depending on lighting conditions at the venue.
5. Use of Equipment
- A trained booth attendant will operate the booth for the duration of your hire.
- Guests must use the equipment responsibly.
- We reserve the right to stop the booth if guests behave in a way that risks damage or safety.
6. Photos & Sharing
- All photos taken during your event will be made available digitally after the event.
- We will never use your photos for marketing unless you have given explicit permission.
- Guests may request removal of any image at any time.
7. Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event will receive a refund minus the deposit.
- Cancellations within 30 days of the event are non‑refundable.
- If we must cancel due to illness, equipment failure, or unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund.
8. Delays & Lost Time
- If your event starts late or access is delayed, the hire time will still run as scheduled.
- Extra time may be purchased if available.
9. Liability
- We are not responsible for any damage to property or injury caused by misuse of the booth or props.
- Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for your booking.
10. Force Majeure
We are not liable for cancellations or delays caused by events outside our control, including extreme weather, venue issues, or emergencies.
11. Acceptance of Terms
By paying your deposit, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
